Dr. Perri Dumbacher, MD

This doctor is the worst! She is so condescending, does not like questions, and spends no time with patient. She belittles her patients and her fake praying at the end is ridiculous. She could care less about her patients. Run...don’t walk...get away from her and the rest of her staff.

Anything I broght up the dr recommended a referal. She was too busy typing up instead of payimg attention to my complaints. Wait time was terrible :(

I went to visit Dr. Dumbacher for a check up in hopes that she would be a good doctor. But instead we ended up on many topics throughout the appointment. She asked us if we wanted a referral to Nemours Children’s Hospital (we said yes) she never gave it to us. We requested a prescription for Albuterol Sulfate Inhalation Solution (Never got it). But we did pray at the end of the appointment. We got billed for a breathing treatment (never received).

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Nice and clean office!

In 2013 I was having symptoms I felt needed to be checked out. Dr Dumbacher treated me as though I was a hypochondriac, rolled her eyes at me, and begrudgingly gave me a referral to get checked saying "if you want to do this that's your business". I'm glad I listened to my body and am not the kind of person that gets intimidated by arrogant doctors because I had cancer! My surgeon said had I not come in when I did I'd have been dead in 2 years. Dr Dumbacher's arrogance makes her dangerous and I would seriously recommend people think twice about trusting her. I have not said anything for a long time about this but many friends have encouraged me to write a review because they feel people need to be warned about doctors like this. I hope it helps someone along the way.

Probably the fastest way to upset me is to ask me a question and then cut me off in mid-sentence without bothering to listen to my answer. So not long into my "conversation" with Dr. Dumbacher, I was already quite irritated, since she did this several times within a pretty short period of time. Not sure how a doctor can effectively treat patients without bothering to listen to what they are trying to tell her, but at any rate it is no longer a problem for me, since I will not be seeing her again.

Too eager to write prescriptions. Wanted to just write me a prescription for depression/anxiety meds when I said I had trouble sleeping. Did not want to even bother finding out what was going on. Also did not provide patient instructions to fast before blood test. Took time off from work for blood test and had to return. Will not go back to doc.
