worst office ever!

Dr Herson is a gift! He is extremely knowledgable and very current. He knows who you are and is very approachable. He takes his time and is an astute problem solver. I feel that today so many physicians speak to you only via PA or RN and it can become frustrating. You feel like person and receive excellent care.

Doctor and receptionist were both very rude on my first visit. I was the second patient in the waiting room but was seen last after a long wait. The doctor never took the time to sit down or look me in the eyes. He kept on handling other cases with his staff and took a few minutes to write a prescription for me. He gave no time to ask questions. This happened in May. I was rescheduled to come back six months later in November. On the date of my appointment the receptionist told me that I had never rescheduled when in fact, she had given me an appointmen before I left in May. I felt discriminated and treated very, very poorly.

I have recently been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and to be honest, felt skeptical of my treatment by my previous endocrinologist because my symptoms kept getting worse and nothing was improving. My prior experience was not positive- my doctor would not reach out with test results and I had to chase and often play phone tag for 3-4 weeks, all the time feeling horrible and like I couldn’t live a normal quality life. I was always nervous about being over or under-medicated. Dr. Herson set my mind at ease- he re-explained my diagnosis and went over a real plan with me to find a neutral ground with medication, both symptomatically and through my labwork. I finally feel like I’m on a path to getting my life back, and have Dr. Herson to thank for it.

Dr Herson is awesome and Kelly in the office is such a pleasure! I have dealt with some nasty staff at several doctor's offices. It is so refreshing to deal with pleasant people. I was on vacation and had an emergency with my insulin pump and within an hour of calling the office my meds were called in! Dr. Herson is very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend them!

This doctor provides wonderful care, and is an extremely helpful specialist. Experienced endocrinologist who gives personalized care. Staff is warm, friendly, and helpful. Referred all my friends and family.

Hugh waste of time and money! Very Disappointed!!!
