Wonderful therapist

As a patient of Dr. Meltzer’s as well as a licensed and practicing therapist myself, I have to say that it is exceedingly rare to come across a clinician who can simultaneously hold a space for the pain and difficulty their patients are experiencing and remain engaged and offer constructive insight while never pushing or forcing their ideas or beliefs. Dr. Meltzer achieves this balance by listening attentively, assessing patient nonverbals with great acuity. His ability to do this enables him to offer timely and appropriate insights that have allowed me to sit in self-reflection outside of session in such a manner that every moment becomes an opportunity for therapeutic growth and positive change. It’s obvious that his approach is tailored to suit each client and for someone who feel they would benefit from a much more concrete approach could also experience great improvement with Dr. Meltzer.
