Dr. Perry Mitchell Santos, MD

My experience with Dr. Perry Santos and his entire office staff was excellent from start to finish. I travel frequently and live in a very remote area where it can take months just to get an initial ENT appointment. The office staff truly listened to my situation and compassionately worked to get me scheduled, which immediately stood out. Dr. Santos was everything I hoped for—efficient, thorough, and genuinely caring. He explained everything clearly, put me at ease when surgery became a possibility, and took an impressively detailed approach to my care, including culturing my infection and using DNA-based testing to determine the most effective antibiotics. I also appreciated his emphasis on proper nutrition while healing. I flew back to Oklahoma City for surgery and received the same high level of care throughout the entire process. I left feeling hopeful that my long-standing sinus infection would finally heal—and it is. Five stars for Dr. Santos and his outstanding team.

Dr. Santos is a miracle worker. I had been having trouble sleeping for quite some time. Dr. Santos quickly determined that my septum was deviated and likely the culprit. I had never had surgery of any kind before but his calming presence and demeanor eased all of my concerns. Now I am breathing and feeling better than I have in years.

I have been a patient of Dr Santos for over 14 years. He is not only a superb physician and surgeon, he is a wonderful, caring person who treats each patient and each situation with expert, attentive, personal care. His medical expertise has enabled me to attain and keep excellent health. I could not recommend him more. Dr. Santos is the ENT and man you want.

Being a mom, it was scary to think my three year would need to be put to sleep for a procedure.. again. There is no one else I will trust her with from here on out. Dr. Santos does the appropriate exams to be able to make an educated medical opinion. This allowed us to make an informed decision... and that is a wonderful thing. He takes the time to explain everything. He is gentle and non-threatening and my daughter was not afraid of him. He independently took the time to pray over my daughter before her procedure. I have used two other ENTs in the OKC area (including a pediatric ENT) and Dr. Santos performed higher in every aspect then them. She had a tube removal, adenoids, and tonsils. Being a health care provider I was amazed that he took the time to dissect the tonsils out as opposed to cauterizing (burning, which is painful and has higher risk of post-op bleeding) them out, which is what most ENTs offer. Her pain was minimal and she was only down (wanted to watch movies and eat… noodles) for about a day in a half. After that she was 100% fine. We had no bleeding or post-op infection. Since surgery her eating and talking has improved.

Dr. Perry Santos is an incredible doctor! My son was suffering from ear infection after ear infection for six months. His chronic pain had begin to effect nearly every aspect of his life. My once happy child was becoming aggressive, suffering from huge tantrums. I began to see delays in oral motor as well as gross motor developments. Dr. Santos took the time to speak with us regarding all of symptoms. He listened to us with attention and empathy. The time he spent with us was the first time we really felt heard. Regarding our sons regression and progression of challenging behaviors. We felt important to him as patience, and not at all a number on a chart. We are forever grateful to Dr. Santos and the way he helped to turn our son's life back around. Two weeks after my son had his adnouds removed and tubes placed in his ears , his gross motor skill exploded! A week adter that oral motor play picked up, he began singing and banging on things to hear their different tones. The agression… decreased immediately thereafter. My cheerful son has his life back!
