Dr. Perry Talbott Wolfe II, MD

I used to this dr for a couple of years, then got letter in mail that he going to mdvip crap and wants like $ 1650.00 a year out of your pocket to see him. This put such bad taste in my pocket book that I hardly see a dr any more at all. that was a sad day for a lot of us.

Dr. Wolfe himself is very pleasant to deal with the 5 to 10 minutes he dedicates to his patients. His staff on the otherhand lacks the professionalism and training to do their job correctly. If your are looking for a doctor who cares about your time dont go here; waiting time is anywhere from 2 to 4 hours. If you are looking for a doctor dedicates his time to explain and answer your questions, you better be good at speed-dating! My appointment was confirmed one day before and although i arrived on time my waiting time to be seen was 3.5 hours. Turns out the front desk staff counted me as a walk in because they dont know how to do their job. Once i was seen, there were plenty of excuses to why it took so long and why my appointment had not been honred (two people with later appointments went before me). Excuses and blaming it on your employee? You're the one that looks bad, not the employee!

a rare quality of compassion & knowledge

Dr. Wolfe is a very professional and caring doctor. He took the time to explain his diagnoses to me, as well as to talk to me about my health in general. He did not rush out of the appointment, but made sure that I had understood everything well and that I was satisfied with the visit. You very rarely find this attitude in doctors, in my experience. Very friendly, bilingual, and helpful. Would recommend to anybody. Worth the long office wait.

He's really busy because he is good.

Dr. Wolfe is a competent doctor, however his demeanor with patients is poor at best. His sense of humor with patients does not come off as funny or amuzing. Dr. Wolfe needs to practice his stand up routine durring his personal time and not durring consoltations. His condescending manner extends beyond his consaltation, as apparently the office staff believe that it appropriate to treat patients in a simmiliar fashion.

Dr. Wolfe is a wonderful doctor but his staff could be a little more friendly.
