Very good as I am not computer friendly and am not able to walk was very efficient visit and all problems assisted in my first visit this year

only use zack because cigna insurance reguires. when i get new insurance will absolutly change. worst staff available.

I as a mother, wanted the best care for my son. So I removed him from Northshore because of the fact of them only spending 5 minutes at a time in the office and not showing the fact they would be concerned for him. He is 2 years old, so I decided to listen to my sister in law and take him to the same pediatrician my niece and nephew were going to which would be dr. zack. First, scheduling the appointment the lady on the phone was not the nicest. She didn't let me know any specifics on what I needed to bring, just said the insurance card. Okay. Brushed that off due to that lady not being the doctor. Once coming to the appointment, I arrived 20 minutes early to get paperwork done. then waited another 20 minutes to get taken back. Understandable. It's a doctor office. Once we went back, the nurse was very nice. Got us set up and let us know Dr. Zack would be in. Now this is where it got bad. Dr Zack comes in, doesn't introduce himself to me. Okay, whatever, but it is my first visit, and… you're a doctor, be professional. I let him know I was concerned about my sons eating habits, his bowel movements, and also his legs would go inward when walking. The doctor didn't have any clue on what advice to give me with his eating habits. I asked if it was just that he was being picky, he then stated any child can be picky until theyre 18, he wouldn't make eye contact with me, caught him rolling his eyes at me. Said he will grow into his legs and his bowel movement is not a concern. My sons stools are atleast twice the size of the normal. I told him if he saw the size, he would be concerned. he said he didn't know what to tell me, sometimes it's normal sometimes it isn't? I knew after him not being able to give me any answers, I knew I wasn't coming back but was just being nice and letting him finish up. He then asked if my son had any led lab work done? Let him know my son has had a lot of immunizations and gone to appointments for work, not sure if he had led lab work. He then stated well if you were there you would know and he cocked his head and started walking out of the room. I then told him not to worry about whatever he was doing because I was taking my son to a different doctor. This guy did no help for my son and made me actually go home to cry because he made me feel like I was a bad mom. You would think after me telling him that I was transferring my son to him because I wanted someone to care, he would actually show his concern. but no, this guy just wanted my son in and out and didn't take my concern serious. NEVER WILL I RETURN OR REFER ANYONE HERE.

My daughter bumped her head very hard leaving his office and he did nothing. He saw it happen and never left his chair. The staff is VERY uncaring.

The staff is very friendly and curteous. The head nurse is terrific! Doctor Perry is quiet and reserved, but he does listen to patients.
