Doesn't listen and was inappropriate in a personal matter. I felt uncomfortable and asked to be transferred

I trusted this Dr to diagnose and ablate my thyroid after being diagnosed with Graves disease. This Dr. does not listen to patient symptoms and will easily blow you off. He has no social skills and has difficulty communicating with patients. My chart records have physical assessment records documented where he never even physically touched me as a patient. I was also discharged prior to being stable and currently have nodules that need to be addressed. Normal TSH is 0.3-3.0 and my current level is 59.0.

Dr. Arvan exudes confidence, and I feel certain that he is truly an expert in his field of endocrinology. He spent lots of time with me to both listen to my concerns and explain my medical problems. He treated me with respect, and gave me assurance that I may actually resume a normal life once my hyperthyroidism is resolved. I recommend him to those with serious endocrine disorders.
