Peter Bapacuit is a horrible incompetent doctor! He was extremely inappropriate with me and the only reason I didn't report him is because of his old age. Stay away from that doctor if you want to preserve dignity.

This office will charge you to fill out paper work, will lose your paper work , ask for another copy and give you back the paper work not even fill out completely , delaying your edd claim or insurance claim. They don’t follow up with customers regarding refills on medication .. referrals , or paperwork . No one picks up the phone all calls forwarded to exchange during normal working hours. Doctor walks out of room without a word not even telling us the visit is over when we had more to discuss.

Donald is total trash. He assumes what you have to say and won't actually listen to your concerns. Having rephrased questions to him multiple times, he just repeats an answer to a question you never asked and will repeat it regardless of your attempts at clarification or communication until the cows come home. If you aren't a pushover and try to clarify he'll belligerently storm out of a room. Too much ego for any semblance of patient care. He shows no interest in understanding your concerns or being accountable to quality care. His listening and communication is terrible. His ability to treat therefore suffers and is even worse.

These jerks shouldn't be practicing medicine . . . or perhaps they just need more practice. I have been seen by two of the Balacuits. They seem to think they are interchangeable. Make an appointment with one and you might get the other. They couldn't care less about you, and indeed, they seem bored with the whole deal. Thank goodness for these reviews. In my case, I wasn't warned, but I still appreciate the reality check.

absolutely terrible!! I was supposed to be referred out to a cardiologist "stat" . waited 2 month and still no referel. finally just changed doctors. both Dr Balacuits are anabiotic feens. they feel that is the answer to everything. they just write prescriptions like it's going out of style. the office staff forgets to put in referals ALL the time. I finally had it when they told me they've apparently "lost" my medical file so they are not able to get me a copy. this was right after i said i was going to switch physicians. how convenient of them! the practice is a disgrace to the medical field! so sad that they are allowed to even practice medicine

Staff was increadably rude and not the least bit helpful. After a terrible accident and a 5 day instnsive care/hospital stay my husband was sent here for follow up. The records which the hospital faxed over three days before the appointment were sitting in an "In" basket - not in the chart. When he retreived them the DR barely glanced at them. He did not take any vitals nor look at sutures or X-rays. He simply handed out refereals, collected his copay and sent us on our way. He did not care about my husband's health and well being, he simpy directed us elsewhere and collected his fee.

I have seen him twice and the only thing he suggested was Tylenol. I could have saved my money and figured that my self.
