Dr. Peter D Balega

I am a prior patient of Dr. Balega. The customer service has gone way down hill since the previous Office Manager had to move out of town. You can't leave a message for the new Office Manager, because her mailbox is full, most of the time. The one time I was able to leave a message, she never returned my call. Also, my new dentist found much more wrong with my recent tooth issue than Dr. Balega discovered. I lost all confidence in him and his office personnel.

My son and I went there for many years. Each time we did, I paid the deductible. I paid for a panoramic exray of my son and myself. As well, as scheduled cleaning. I stopped at reschedule desk every desk every time and was waved on that it was paid for. I was then presented with a bill for approximately 4,000 dollars. His office staff explain the bill was truly substantiated. Just told me it had to be paid. I called my insurance company and they said I shouldn’t pay it because everything they that performed and me and my son double billed, I ended up settling with them on the bill to keep from from being sued. Good luck with this dentist.

I have used Dr. Balega for the past 27 years, and I have never been disappointed. He has cleaned, filled, bonded teeth to make my smile look better, and has done several crowns for me. Believe me, if I wasn't happy, I would have gone somewhere else. I have gotten to know someone in his office staff very well, and when I have an issue, I just have to call. My wait time has never been very long, and it's always been a fairly pleasant visit even though it's the dentist.

Untreatable droid doctor with little empathy. Unreliable follow-up on research of issues. If you have TMD/TMJ find someone else who is sympathetic to your needs, this guy is not.

Dr. Balega and his staff are efficient, professional and personable. I highly recommend Dr. Balega!
