Fearful to have any kind of surgery, I asked for Dr Bales' input on my damaged shoulder. He carefully led me through the process, and assuaged my consternation. I elected for the surgery, which improved my shoulder significantly.He is a hoot, his staff is great.

After my diagnosis and waiting 6 weeks in pain he tells me he does not work on the hip and I should go to anothr doctor! Why not tell me this when I made first appoinment!

I was nervous when I first arrived for my appointment and the staff immediately put me at ease making me feel comfortable. Everyone treated me respectfully and professionally. I didn't have to wait long and they made sure I knew everything that was happing in in my case. They worked with me helping me decide what was best for me with the insurance I have. The Doctor was friendly and did a through examination. I left feeling confident that my case will be handled the way I would expect and want from a Doctor.

Dr. Bales is a nice man but his office staff is so lazy and unprofessional that I can't recomend him.
