WORST OFFICE STAFF EVER IN THE BRICK OFFICE.. NEVER AGAIN.

I've been seeing Dr. Barcas for years, since I had a stroke at the age of 40. Out of everyone I dealt with in the hospital, he was the first to give me a diagnosis of what happened to me, and his bedside manner was understanding and kind. I now see him for migraines, and he's down to earth and easy going. I sincerely like him. Unlike the other reviews I've seen, I can't say I've had a bad time with his staff. They've always been pleasant. One or two can be a little short on the phone, but I haven't had any issues beyond that. I go to the Neptune office, and perhaps Brick is different, but as I said, I never had an issue with any of them.

Dr.Barcas is a nice man, spends time, doesnt rush but also doesnt come up with any suggestions either. pretty much lets you decide what should be the next approach. staff is awefull,nasty. im so shocked if dr doesnt read pts surveys and do something about whom represents him. would not recommend this office, probable more because of the staff.

Although Dr. Barcas is caring and helpful,after 9 months of visits there has yet to be a diagnosis. On the other hand, his staff is rude, does not give the Doctor his messages (recently left 6 messages and have not had a return call from Dr. Barcas. The staff is down right nasty at times and treat you like they are are doing you a favor just saying hello (if they choose to say hello)I have chosen to stop seeing Dr. Barcas soley because of his office staff.
