Summary
I grew up in Michigan. My father was a physician, but our family also cultivated a small farm as a hobby. At Yale, my rowing team won a national championship. Between college and medical school, I led a bicycle group on a cross-country trip from New Haven, Connecticut, to Seattle to raise money and awareness for Habitat for Humanity. That_s when I discovered what a beautiful place the Pacific Northwest is. Now, I live here with my wife and son.
