Dr. Peter Paul Bertolozzi, DO

As noted by the extreme variation in his reviews, wild shifts of deplorable to glowing reviews gives testament that Dr Peter Bertolozzi profiles his patients and provides care based on his own personal opinion rather than true medical need. Hippocrates is rolling in his grave every time this man 'practices' medicine.

No bed side manner, I am 70 and he makes me look like a person looking for pain killer(narcotics) Now every time I will go to the ER they will think I am there for narcotics

Considering the chaotic and hectic environment of the ER, Dr. Bertolozzi was very attentive, personable and at the same time professional. This had the immediate effect of reassuring my wife who was in considerable pain and extremely anxious. He did not waste time and quickly ordered a series of test including CT Abdomen Pelvis scan. After alleviating her pain, Doctor Bertolozzi provided a thorough diagnoses and detailed information - in plain language - on how best to treat the condition and advice for follow up treatment with our regular doctor. The reason why I am writing this review is because Dr. Bertolozzi went out of his way to help solve a problem with CVS pharmacy. The CVS pharmacy that we usually use closed early on the weekend and I could not find anyone, including the ER doctor – Dr Tucker – who was on duty at the time, that would help transfer the prescription to the CVS 24-hour pharmacy in the neighboring town. I found DR. Bertolozzi’s phone number on the internet… and to my surprise he answered the call on a Saturday night at around 8:00 pm. He was very courteous and went out of his way to call in a new prescription to the pharmacy and personally called us back when it was ready. This saved my wife from additional pain and a long and sleepless night that most likely would have resulted in a second visit to the emergency room. In my opinion Dr. Bertolozzi went above and beyond the call of duty and we feel extremely grateful and fortunate that Dr. Bertolozzi was the ER Doctor that treated my wife in her hour of need. Thank you Dr. Bertolozzi!!!
