Dr. Peter Breen has been practicing family dentistry for 30 years, with the past 20 years in Groton. Dr. Breen grew up in Framingham and attended the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. He graduated from Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry in 1981 and moved with his family to El Paso, Texas. While in El Paso, Dr. Breen provided dental services for the underserved population at the R.E. Thomason General Hospital for two years and then opened a private family dentistry practice. He also served his country for three years as an officer with the United State Public Health Service. Dr. Breen is an alumnus of the renowned Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida, considered the finest institution for continuing education in dentistry, not only for technological advancements, but also for its philosophy of good patient care and relationships. Dr. Breen is a member of a nationwide Pankey Institute alumni organization studying occlusion and the …application of bite splints for bite disease. He is a former member of the Central New England Dental Research Group and a graduate of a two-year orthodontics program at the United States Dental Institute, enabling him to provide optimal advice and referrals to patients needing orthodontia.
Dr. Breen and his wife Lisa have four wonderful children.
