Dr. Peter Robert Bronec, MD

Appointment was scheduled for 1:30, I got there at 1:15 to check in and fill out paperwork, etc. At 2:30 I was STILL in the waiting room and not one person had come out to tell me what the problem was!! My husband went to the receptionist to ask why the long wait and was told that he had one patient in a room and was also on-call and had an emergency...which was fine if someone would have told us!! We decided to stay a bit longer and after ANOTHER HOUR in the waiting room and NOT ONE PERSON coming to explain anything, we decided to get our copay refunded and leave!! I understand that doctors have emergencies but common curtesy is to AT LEAST come out and let the patient know what is going on and/or ask if the patient would like to reschedule!! This was my first time here and will be my LAST!!

Being a specialists it takes a while to get an appt. So call early if you can. Not very good on returning phone calls. Have waited over 2 months for action on insurance information needed after hand delivering to the office myself. Still no reply. I think he is a good doctor as far as diagnosing, but getting information from the office after you have been seen is a bit impossible.

As this was my second visit and hopefully the first where I would get to see Dr. Bronc and not an PA, I was very dissapointed to hear on arrival that appointments were 30 minutes behind. I decided to wait and 1 hour and 15 minutes later I left, never saw the Doc. He should be ashamed to run an office in this manner, very unprofessional. My time is worth something as well, even if I don't have initials behind my name. Very poor to keep someone waiting an hour and fifteen minutes.

Dr. Bronec performed two of my four back surgeries. Total success on both back surgeries. Wished I could have had Dr. Bronec for my fourth one.

Dr. Bronec and his team are all exceptional...professional, caring and on top of their game. He has performed two complex surgeries on me and I would never consider going elsewhere for my care. I have referred friends and family to him and no one has had a less than optimal experience.
