I have a vast experience in Obstetric and Gynecology problems. I enjoy caring for pateint thruout their pregnancies and gynecologic surgeries. Early pregnancy evaluation can be done with in offfice ultrasound. I perform a wide variety of gynecologic surgery including laparoscopic hysterectomy and endometrial ablation. I have been seeing Dr. Caruso for almost 3 years. The wait time is very short every time I go and everyone is very professional and friendly.

All I can say is I have known this doctor since he graduated from Medical school some 26 years ago and he delivered both my sons. He is still the best doctor ever and I would recommend him to anyone!

I think this is the worst gynecologist I had ever seen. The staff at Lees Summit is unprofessional to say the least. The walls are paper thin and privacy almost non-existent. Dingy practice. Poor bedside manner. Most gynos will at least send reminders for annual visits. Not this one. Would not recommend him to anyone. I switched doctors and I am happy with my new provider.

He delivered my last 2. Very difficult labor.the last one he stayed up with me all night long! A number of challenges he had to actively intervene which kept him by my side all night. I think if I'd had another doctor I would not have a happy healthy child now! I love his bedside manner! Every concern I ever had he always addressed with expertise & compassion & he understands people are people! Just can't recommend him enough!

Dr. Carruso was extremely unprofessional. He talked to me with the door open while other patients were passing by. He didn't listen to my symptoms, didn't look at my file and gave me a prescription for a medication I told him I was allergic to

Staff is extremely rude, especially the older lady who always answers the phone at the LS location. Not to mention almost every time you call, if you get a call back, it's not even helpful information. The phone always has a busy dial tone, so you call at least 10 times to even get in. If you try to get a RX called in, you have to practically do it for them. You have to help yourself at this office. Dr is nice though. Staff makes it not even worth it.

I had bad pain and heavy periods. Dr. Caruso suggested proceeding to a hysterectomy because I had tried everything else. I am really happy now.He was really great and gentle if you know what I mean.
