This guy is scamming Vets and minimizing their issues.

Big liar, watch out if you have him for a VA exam. He knew my condition was bad and agreed and I get denied on all my claims from him saying I was improving or getting better??

He is a very good doctor I recommend him to anyone

while this guy may be a decent family doctor he has a heck of a racket going with the VA and VES by continually messing up veterans ratings and forcing them to keep appealing his lack of professionalism thereby keeping him in the pocket of VES. He is a total scam artist and should by fired from VES and investigated for fraud.

I started coming to dr chang for my general health. Everything was fine at first but I started noticing odd remarks with each visit that started making me uncomfortable. Comments on how I dress, how I keep my vehicles so clean, how good my health was for my age and what do I do to stay so healthy. At first I thought it was just small talk normal chatter. Anyways issue started when I went in for a flu shot. I expected a flu shot in my arm as is usual. Instead he told me he was going to give me 2 shots. He sent in a floating nurse and she gave me 2 shots in my upper muscle. Right after I felt immense pain in the muscle area but was assured it was temporary. I went home and I didnt feel right. My wife took me to the emergency room as I felt horrible pain thruout my body. The ER called dr chang and his response "oh he will be alright". They sent me home. Still in pain I stayed in bed and rested. Eventually my insurance sent my bill for the dr visit to dr chang. It stated he gave me 2… shots of 250 mg of sodium!!! Why on earth he gave me 2 shots of sodium to my muscle instead of the flu shot I have no idea!!! Its been a year since my getting the 2 shots and I still am in extreme pain. I walk with a severe limp now. I have to use a cane. I have to use the motor scooter at Walmart. Beware thisdoctor. Right before I seen him I was extremely active and now what wassupposed to be a flu shot has me crippled.

He was so compassionate about my mental health issues. He listens and understands my stories he has helped me tremendously.

This guy is a real scumbag. He contracts with the Veterans Administration to defraud veterans. When a veteran files a claim for an injury, they are sent out for an evaluation by a doctor. What Chang does on behalf of the VA is write a phoney medical report so that the VA is relieved of its obligation to the veteran. No doubt Chang is paid handsomely by the VA for his malpractice and defrauding of veterans. He is none too bright though. My injury is visible and wholly consistent with the injury I've reported. So it is easy for anyone to see that Chang is lying on his reports. He tells lie after the lie having no conscience whatsoever. Chang is also unaware that prior to my visit with him, I was seen by another doctor and was not some mere M.D.. I was seen by a specialist who agreed that the injury was in fact what I said it was. I'm going to use that report to expose this piece of filth. I'm also going to do everything in my power to have his license to practice medicine revoked that no… further harm come to veterans. You can bet Chang is not the only doctor on the take in collusion with the VA in defrauding the nation's veterans.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chang's for 26 years and can say without a doubt, that he will be the best doctor you could ever have. He is always willing to listen to you, and he is very knowledgeable in every field, but if he feels it is necessary, he will refer you to a specialist. He is compassionate and kind and will care about your whole body, including your emotional state of mind. His office staff are very prompt in answering questions on the phone and calling you with your lab results as quickly as they receive them. Many doctors simply do not have time, or take time, to develop the personal relationship and care that you will receive with Dr. Chang!
