Dr C cares about his patients, putting our best interests first and foremost. If you are looking for someone just to give you a script for narcotics and move on this is not the one for you.

Dr Pete is a good Doctor. Family went to him for years BUT his admin staff is non responsive and do not follow up on getting prescriptions filled or other admin procedures. If you do not constantly check back they will not get your med orders processed and will give the excuse that it is not their fault that it is the pharmacy or some other weak and unacceptable excuse. We finally changed providers and found their care to be exceptional. We now see Amy Frick who was once with Petes office. She is at Shawnee Mission Medical Center We love it there Staff is excellent and always follow up.

Our family (my folks, my husband & I, our children, my brother) all see Dr. Cristiano and his excellent staff. Very pleased with their positivity and their professionalism. If you do have an issue, let them know kindly so they can resolve it kindly. They go above and beyond to help.

All about $ not patient

Had an 11:00 am appointment. Waited 45 minutes and asked how much longer. Front desk person went to check. Then the back office help came out called another person who checked in after us. Then came back out and called us. She stated they only have 2 people working in back right now. Office did not have all paperwork needing to signed by me together. Very annoying that as a Healthcare professional myself keeping patients informed of delays is essential in patient satisfaction.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cristiano's for more than 20 years. His kindness and excellent bedside manner is amazing! He may order tests and lab work but it is because of the information we as patients provide him to get an accurate diagnosis. I wouldn't think of going to see any other Dr.

There are times when one might think unnecessary tests or medication is being given, however, this Dr. is one of the most thorough doctors I've ever seen. He was very careful in talking to me about all of my symptoms. He orders tests as needed. If he cannot find the answer he knows who to send you to for your problem. We have been going to him for years. I would never consider going to another doctor. I cannot say enough good things about him.

It's obvious some of these good reviews are either fake or from people who don't understand how medical professionals should practice. Just because he acts sweet in the exam room, that doesn't mean anything. They order unnecessary tests to line their pockets, and just push whatever latest pills the pharmacy reps have told them to so that they can get kickbacks. His office staff never returns calls, and they even have a ridiculous policy, on their answering system, that if you leave a msg about needing a prescription, they can take up to *4 days!!!* to get it taken care of! I used to be a patient there, a while back, for at least a few years. A couple of years ago, I had to be admitted to the hospital one night after being in the ER for a while with unrelenting vomiting/diarrhea from some kind of very serious virus that my daughter and her children had just gone through. It simply wouldn't stop until I finally got them to give me an anti-nausea medicine. The next day, after I had… been given something else that made me groggy, one of his staff? or the hospital staff? (I don't remember now, even if I was clear on it then), came in and said they were going to take me down to get an ultrasound to look into a mass in my lower abdomen. I told them no thank you, that it was a known issue for many years with a benign ovarian cyst and benign uterine fibroid tumors, and that my gynecologist was aware and treating me for it. And I asked, "Besides, it has nothing to do with my vomiting, so why is it even being requested?" I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me not being able to think clearly, and just force an unnecessary test on me--with no discussion from the doctor. I never got an answer to my question, never could get them to have him talk to me directly. Then later, after I was feeling well enough to go home, I was released. I then got a letter from his office saying that he was discontinuing care for me as I had refused medical treatment. They NEVER discussed anything about my refusal with me--either at the time or after! I had simply told them I was already under care with my own gynecologist, and all they had to do was consult with that doctor's office to see that my condition had been exactly the same, with no symptoms, for at least 8 years, with proper monitoring to make sure no action was needed! In fact, I had very recently had my regular checkup and ultrasound with my GYN, and she said all was well. She also told me later that his behavior was ridiculous and unethical as all he had to do was consult with her. All this because he wanted to rack up my bill. Any other time I went in there to the clinic for other issues, all they did was push pills. They fail to look into the real causes of anything, just throw pills at it. Total failure at a complete, proactive and whole health approach to medicine to ensure a healthy outcome. My husband was a patient there for MANY years, and they kept failing him as well, so he finally gave up and left. Also many administrative problems, many doctors coming and leaving because of how jacked up the whole system is there.

The best doctor I have ever had. He takes the necessary time to listen to your concerns. He is very personable. My husband and I are very pleased with him.
