Dr. Fail is an excellent very informative doctor. He listens to your questions without any rush. i’ve heard by some that he is a straightforward and tell it like it is. I’ve never had that experience but if I did, my thoughts would be it’s because he cares.

Our appointment with Dr. Fail went very well. The staff was kind and the appointment was on time. He is a very attentive doctor and explained everything well. We are pleased with Dr Fail and our entire CIS experience.
