Dr. Furness did a wonderful job with a surgery when our son was an infant, and unfortunately, he had a different issue when he was a teenager. Going through the process of a surgery as a teen is uncomfortable and overwhelming. Dr. Furness handled everything with a great balance of professionalism, seriousness, and just enough humor to help a teenage boy feel as comfortable about the process as possible. Because of the difficult nature of the surgery Dr. Furness asked another surgeon to consult in order to achieve the best possible results. I trust that Dr. Furness will do everything in his power to ensure as positive of an outcome as possible. The team is helpful and kind. They answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to work with us on scheduling and navigating financial difficulties - all questions were answered in a timely and concise manner. We are happy that we chose Dr. Furness and his team – I highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Furness is a wonderful pediatric provider and always took the time to explain everything at each visit. We never felt rushed. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Furness and Staff are fantastic. Dr Furness took time to explain our son's condition and why surgery was recommended. His scheduler was friendly and understanding. She took the time to explain what would happen the day of surgery and was helpful in accommodating our requests. Best practice in town.

Dr. Furness did bladder and ureter surgery on our daughter in 2012. He did an amazing job and she has had no problems since the surgery. Her scar is even beautiful!! We are so thankful we were referred to him!

Obviously an experienced surgeon and father. He made our son feel very comfortable about a very uncomfortable subject. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were shocked by the lack of caring and interest shown by Dr. F in our son. We also later found out that several of his views were not really accurate. Steer clear.
