Dr. Peter David Geldner, MD

This man, is an egotistical maniac. An absolute abomination to the plastic surgery community. I cannot emphasize how little empathy, sympathy, and basic compassion this man holds, while works in a field that requires so much of those skills. It is a wonder he ever passed a practical exam. Bedside manner is terrible. Go somewhere else.

EXTREMELY POOR BEDSIDE MANNER- CRUEL AND LOOKED AT MY BREASTS IN DISGUST. I WAS HORRIFIED BY THIS EGOTISTICAL MAN.

You normally go into an office with the anticipation of confidence in the provider and how soon you can start to look better. Went into this place in Hinsdale and met with Randi. She was obviously new and had little to no experience because she never even came close enough to look at my skin, but her first recommendation was the skin pen. When asked simple questions that she had no idea how to answer she came across arrogant. Several times she stated that she had no idea how my skin would react to any procedures and my downtime for most peels or IPL’s could be 1 day or 2 weeks. This is after I told her I’ve been doing both for years with doctors in the city. She told me about more procedures that I believe she has never done before because of her inability to answer simple questions. She made reference to the better lasers might be in their other spa. I kept hearing her say I needed a regimen for my skin and to buy their skin care products. She was very adamant about, “if I don’t use… Hydroquinone cream then nothing she can do will work.” Why would anyone recommend the use of a known Carcinogen? Finally, I asked if she could even out my skin tone and make my age spots look less noticeable, she answered, “Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder.” I laughed the entire car ride home with that line. I’m used to seeing professional doctors in the city where it’s all about the best and newest laser equipment. But here, the equipment looked very dated, that and a lack of professional experience made me RUN. I don’t want anyone to practice on me, I need a professional.

I would not recommend this doctor he completely left my boobs deformed !!! After 4 revisions from him and he promised me .....these were his words as I was on IV right before surgery “ I will not F..k you up “ This doctor completely blotched me !

After being referred to Dr. Geldner because of a mutual friendship, I went in for breast implants not knowing there were any other options to solving my problems. He never explained any other options and after going through with the surgery it was the most horrible experience I've ever had and the results were absolutely horrible and not at all what I was looking for when I went through with it. I've since had to undergo revision surgery with a new doctor who did an amazing job and the entire process and recovery has been night and day compared to my experience with Geldner.

This doctor botched my face, negated his action and was cruel and arrogant, he should loose his license for breach of duty, lying and negligence, he has the power and control to destroy people's lives.

Had a brow lift and it left me with a lopsided brow. I now have to have botox on a regular basis to even out brow and still have horizontal lines on forehead

I initially went to Dr. Geldner for a breast augmentation. I was impressed by his credentials and reviews. I am quite pleased with the results, tasteful, symmetric, very natural looking. Every time I see another physician (for a breast exam, etc) they comment on how well done the implants are. He will not rest until everything is perfect, there is no "good enough" here, only the best.Dr. G also removed a mole from both my top and bottom eyelids. I had lived with them for 29 years, feeling very self conscious, but afraid of bad scarring in that delicate, thin skin. Dr. G removed them and stiched me up in the office one day (about a 30 minute appointment) and I am happy to report that there is absolutely no scarring, and no one would ever know that anything was there before. I only wish I had them removed sooner!I like his work and the office staff so much that I had botox done recently and will continue to see him for all my cosmetic needs.My mother had a partial mastectomy and would… like reconstruction, and though she lives out of state I will insist that she fly out here when she is ready to have it done so I know she is in the very best hands.The entire staff from reception to the patient coordinator and nurses have always been wonderful as well!

Great staff. Dr. Geldner spent a great deal of time with me addressing all of my questions and concerns. Had a great surgical result...highly recommend
