Dr. Grossman was so kind and very easy to understand. I love his soft tone and the fact that he treats me and my family with respect.

I can say this, the end result was mostly good.I had a lot of reconstructive surgeries done by Dr Grossman, and I had to come back 3 times for one of them because there were complications, twice - so I had to have the same procedure done & re-done 3 times. But the end result of that was beautiful.Pricey - VERY. And for those high-end prices, you wouldn't think they'd nickle & dime you to death after, but they do. For every little thing.And then part of the surgery did not have asthetically pleasing results. So his answer? He will do it again. As long as it's paid for again.All-in-all would I reccomend? Even though one thing he did came out excellent, it did take 3 tries - and the rest didn't, they were overpriced, almost every appointment has at least an hour or more wait, and when I showed him the end result of the one I was very unhappy with, he came up with $10000 reasons he wanted to do it again.
