I spent over $500 on getting a keloid removed or reduced. I was seen by 2 of their drs Sara and Leah. I was left worse than how I arrived . Sarah said the best method to get it reduced and eventually flat was steroids. The steroids did not reduce and stained my skin white. I am now walking around with a white patch that’s extremely noticeable. I regret even putting faith in them. Besides disappointed I was shocked at their lack of professionalism, especially the office manager. The last time I went to the office I had nothing done to me other than Leah checking the stain. She did not know why it happened and did nothing to fix it. She suggested I get tan. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. As I’m leaving they still have the audacity to charge me $90 for the visit. I had a discount and it was reduced to $40. As I was driving home I was upset and frustrated. The least they could have done was not charge me for the last visit. I called the office and requested a refund. I can’t… recall the office managers name but she fought me those $40 and would speak over me. She kept promising me a refund but wouldn’t process it. It wasn’t about the $40 it was the principle . Not once did they apologize for leaving my skin worse. Avoid this place and their shady ppl

Sarah was very informative when giving directions for my topical prescriptions. She explained what they did and when/how to apply them. She also gave me coupons that saved me $100s for a topical prescription. So far my acne has improved so much and she says it will keep getting better which makes me hopeful. I like how she wants to inform me and is very open to answering any questions I may have. The esthetician who does my microdermabrasion is very sweet. The atmosphere of each appointment is relaxing and she makes conversations comfortable. She talks through her facial and forewarns me of each side effect so I am not surprised. I like how she explains the benefits of each procedure she does and asks if I have questions. I leave the office with smooth skin every time and I hope this eventually helps my acne scars as I keep up with appointments.

I love it when a doctor explains everything in layman's terms. Dr. Helton is a master at his craft with an artistic eye. The procedures I received were virtually painless. And best of all no bruising. The staff is courteous, welcoming & professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Takes his time to ensure your service was to perfection and natural. I trust him completely and referred many happy clients. He has kept me looking young for many years and makes the ageing process for me much more comfortable as I leave every time more confident.

As always, the girls are super sweet. I adore Mary and all that she does for me! Dr Helton is wonderful and I am often referring his name to countless people who stop me and compliment me on my skin.

The girls are very knowledgeable and check every inch of your skin for any sun growths that may or may not be bad and don't leave until you have asked all questions.
