I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called. I was in and out in 20 minutes and he solved my problem. Had a follow up appointment a month later with same excellent service.

Today I went to have an procedure done. I waited 5 hrs and finally got in the room for about 15 mins. And got frustrated and left but they still charged me the copay without seeing the doctor. What a rip off. They are rude and very unprofessional. Again I paid a copay for nothing absolutely nothing.

My last comment got deleted so I decided to write another review. This place is HORRIBLE!! I went in to get checked in multiple areas. Before going in i was going that my copay would be $75, waited 2 hours and a half to be taken to a room where I waited some more. When the doctor came in he read everything I mentioned to his nurse and he said he would only be focusing on one area and that I would have to make another appointment for the rest. So I should him my mole and he said he need to remove it and that it couldn’t be done that day so I would have to go back. He only lasted a few minutes with me and left. When I left the receptionist then billed me $112 when originally I was told it would be $75. I didn’t want to make a scene so I paid. She then told me that I would need to go back in a week and that the procedure would be billed and I would have to pay another copay for the visit if the removal. Then when I went back for the results I would again be billed for the copay I left… this place in tears. I was so upset I had so many questions about other areas and was not even treated all they did was collect money. I could have told myself I need the mole removed. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN!!!

Find another doctor. Wait time is horrific. Customer service awful and he does not care to help you, or cure you. He only wants to make money off of you. No compassion!

Very poor service starting with the receptionist ending with the doctor (Karen herman) she did nothing and than had the nerve to tell me to by her products

Do not go here unless you really enjoy waiting rooms!!! Nice and intelligent doctor, however his wait times are absurd! Yesterday I waited 5 1/2 hours after my appointment time and ended up just leaving. I also waited 3 hours at my previous appointment. He may not be meaning to send this message to his patients, but by making his patients wait 2, 3, 4, 5 hours after their appointment times, he is telling them that he does not respect their time. He needs to either take fewer patients or hire some physicians assistants. It's ridiculous.

Extremely happy with Dr. Herman's exam, action plan, and explanation of my condition.
