My daughter and I had a similar experience as others. He came in to our room and spent no more than 4 minutes with us. It would have been less than 3 but I asked a couple of questions. My daughter had a serious cough for 8 days, but he said her lungs looked fine and prescribed amox and an inhaler to try and cover a bunch of things without really doing any thorough diagnosis. We ended up back at urgent care 4 days later with a high fever and no other improvement, where a different doc then diagnosed pneumonia after x-ray and blood test. This lack of treatment can become very serious and I'm grateful my daughter wasn't in worse condition. Not to mention this wasted several hundred dollars in a useless trip to urgent care and the wrong prescriptions. This type of treatment should not be tolerated. I hope it never results in someone getting seriously ill.

Deaconess Urgent care should be closed down! Very unprofessional service. We waited for 3 hours! I asked the male nurse if my Mom could get a blanket. He said he would bring one and never did! I told him that we were leaving and he said "I DON'T BLAME YOU! WE TOOK MY MOM HOME STILL DEHYDRATED AND VERY ILL! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

Refused to do a rapid strep test because, " it costs $40 and often comes back with a false negative" yet was quite certain my child has strep. He decided to treat for strep, and must have prescribed the nastiest medication possible, as my one child who usually does not fight to take meds, nearly refuses this medication.

Did I go see a doctor? The only tell tale sign was that I lost two hours of my time sitting (and sleeping) in a patient room and roughly $200 in debt. Then "Listening" to a man tell me what my symptoms are while writing scripts for something he wasn't even sure I needed. Really!?!? Don't waste your time and money.

I went to urgent care to get antibiotics for a kidney infection - low grade and common for me. By the end of my appointment he was suggesting that I had ovarian cysts, which he admitted didn't match the symptoms, or an std, which would be impossible. I felt completely unheard and stereotyped. Find a different urgent care. This guy is completely unqualified.

I saw this time for a second time today at urgent care center. I really like his professionalism and care. He is very good & friendly ! That's why I am online looking for his main office.

My elderly,recently widowed mother informed me on visit to Spokane that she only had 2 days of synthroid. Her physician in an itty-bitty town in MT had retired. She has been in transition visiting her children 1 month at a time until retirement housing opened up in Kalispell so took to urgent care to seek Rx and possible lab. Peter Hill was very rude and accused Mom of drug seeking (synthroid)???? and utilizing medicare improperly. He had her in tears, he should quit medicine and pump fecal waste.
