Hinds didn't accept my insurance and wouldn't do a followup visit after surgery. He left me in a very difficult bind to find another doctor to help with someone else performing surgery. Hinds obviously doesn't stand behind his work. New urologist wants to perform in hospital surgery for followup. Hinds should pay it himself.

I have a PSA of 6.5. I tried to see other Urologists in Lakeland had a very difficult time getting a timely appointment. From the time I walked into the Hollis Cancer center to the time I left with the diagnosis and course of treatment was 3 weeks. The staff along the way was professional and highly competent. I had a prostate MRI which was used to view and help locate any lesions. The day of biopsy the MRI and transrectal ultrasound was used to direct the biopsy. It was pain free. Dr. Peter Hinds is a highly skilled and compassionate. You will get the right diagnosis and course of treatment with him.
