Dr. Peter A Irace, DO

Had a colonoscopy done in Feb and the office refused to give me my results unless I came back to the office and paid for another appointment. The doctor was 40 min late for my procedure and gave no explanation. My procedure was coded wrong for insurance which caused pathology and anesthesiology to not receive their payment. It is now 7 months later and none of this has been resolved.

Very poor bedside manner. He made me cry in the office. He was rude to me; did not remember what medications he prescribed for me. Then started questioning me about how I ended up in his office? A very rude man.

Dr. Irace raised his voice at me for reminding him that I was on a medication that he was considering adding. He told me that he would have remembered. I told him that I even wrote it on my check in sheet. He was so rude to me that I started to cry. I would not recomend this doctor. There are plenty of GI doctors on Cleveland Massillion rd.

Dr. Irace, Has always been very caring and professional I would recommend him to my friends. He has always taken care and time with me.
