Dr. Jay has now replaced both of my knees. I can't thank him enough for what he has done for me. Professional, caring, honest and to the point. Dr. Jay is the best!

Dr Jay has a wonderful bedside manner and explained everything before he did it. He checked my xrays, drained fluid off my knee and gave a cortisone injection at my initializations visit. Dr Jay made sure I had pain medicine, knee brace and a cane before I left the office. He took his time and never made me feel inferior. This was my first orthopedic experience as a patient and I’d go back to him in a minute. He was everything you want in a doctor: smart, fast, friendly and thorough.

Several of my friends and acquaintenances have had surgery with Dr. Jay for their knees, so when it was my turn to have this surgery, I visited him for a cortisone shot, which I had heard was painful. Not so! He was adept, quick, talked to me about other things the whole half minute it took to inject, and I was thrilled!

Rushed the exam, not thorough, rude, too long of a wait for nothing, missed an important xray, rude front desk. Do Not see this doctor.

YOU CAN TALK TO DR. JAY. HE LISTENS. HE SHARES AND ADVISES. I AM VERY COMFORTABLE WITH DR. JAY AND HE SHOWS RESPECT FOR THE PATIENT. HE IS INFORMED AND ASSESSES EACH PATIENT'S PROBLEM AT EACH VISIT. HE CAN BE FOUND AND HE RESPONDS TO YOUR CALLS IN REAL TIME. HE IS A REAL "COOL DUDE."
