Dr. Peter Scott Klainer, MD

I foolishly underwent a face lift 3 years ago with Dr. Klainer. I have had permanent dry eye since because my eyes do not close completely and I have to use restasis at about $ 500.00 a prescription. My mouth looks deformed and off centered One side is smaller than the other and I cannot smile. I look at least 20 years older than I did before the surgery and have spent thousands of dollars on fillers trying to repair the groves left in my cheeks. He also operated on my upper arms and left bags at my elbows and terrible scarring. He agreed to "fix" this in his office but when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled. Dr. Klainer was very personable before the surgery and frequently told me how young and great I was going to appear after the surgery. Afterward, when he saw what a mess he had made of my face and arms, he disavowed any responsibility whatsoever and claimed that nothing he did could have caused my deformed appearance or my dry… eyes. (I have a big scar on my eye lid, which should never occur if the surgery is done properly.) If you are thinking about facial or other surgery, I would suggest that you would be better off getting into a knife fight in an alley. You will get the same result and it will be a whole lot cheaper.

Get a second opinion before you do anything with Dr. Klainer. Many years ago he performed surgery on me that every other doctor I have been to since- to correct the problem --can't believe he did. I had laser lipo on the back of my thighs and the jowls in my face. The back of my thighs have been destroyed ever since and every doctor I go to see to have them fix it say NO ONE lipo's the back of thighs because you can't get a good result. Every doctor also says they can tell right away I had lipo to my face and then they inject me with a lot of filler to try to fill in the holes and divets that were left after Dr. Klainer did laser lipo to my face. This was the worst thing I have ever done and I have been paying ever since. The many doctors I have seen since Dr. Klainer say he did something that was not "normal" and they are not able to fix it. If I only would have gotten a second opinion.

Had my tummy tuck done by Dr. Klainer a little over a week ago. I cannot even begin to convey how happy I am with my results so far. A little back story for you - I was extremely heavy for most of my life. About 6 years ago I decided to make some healthy lifestyle changes and lost 200 pounds. Long story short, despite my efforts through exercise, weight lifting, countless sit-ups and abdomen exercises I was stuck with a horrific amount of excess skin. The skin is GONE and for the first time in over 20 years I can see my belly button. This might not mean much to you, but it means the world to me. So incase I haven't said it already, I am absolutely thrilled with my results - honestly even though I am only a week down and still swollen the results are way better than I ever thought possible. Dr. Klainer is without a doubt the best doctor I have ever worked with. He has answered every question I have had and every email I have sent. He has even went above and beyond by calling… me after hours, checking in to see how I am doing and squeezing me in when I didn't have an appointment. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Klainer, he has made this journey way easier than I ever imagined. If you are looking to get any type of plastic surgery done, I highly recommend paying Dr. Klainer a visit - you won't regret it. Thanks doc, you rock!

Wonderful and caring Doctor

Very friendly and easy to talk to. Answered all of my questions and was not pushy at all.

I went to the office and was very nervous and shy about discussing my concerns. When I left I felt calm and comfortable with my choices and plan to go ahead.

Wonderful Experience, The staff was pleasant, Dr. Klainer was very informative and I will be scheduling my surgery with him.

I went to 3 different surgeons before choosing Dr. Klainer. He did a great job explaining the procedure and different options that I had. When I decide to schedule my procedure I will be going to see him.

Great surgeon. The one thing that the stars don't mention is how he did a great job while being at least 600 dollars cheaper than all the other surgeons I had "interviewed" with.
