Dr. Klucar is married to Mary Katherine, and they have two beautiful daughters.

A native of Slovakia, Dr. Klucar attended school and worked at medical universities in the U.S. since 1997. He holds bachelor's degrees in biology and chemistry; master's degrees in …biotechnology, accounting and financial management, and business administration; and a Doctor of Medicine. Dr. Klucar completed his family medicine residency at LSU Health Sciences Center-Shreveport School of Medicine. Prior to his medical education, Dr. Klucar spent 12 years doing medical research, which includes tuberculosis and development of prophylactic and therapeutic vaccines. He has co-authored 16 peer-reviewed articles and he holds two patents. He is board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.
