Dr. Peter Arnold Knight, MD

MDr Knight performed valve replacement surgery on my fFather. He never came to us one time to explain how the surgery went. After the surgery my Father was in the ICU and when my Father was having complications he never spoke to us about his condition. After my Father died 6 days later, his office mailed my mother 2 valve replacement cards with my Father's name on them. His office didn't even know he died. Terrible.

I'm here to let everyone know that Dr. Knight saved my life in 2007 - 13 years ago, a helicopter landed on the roof of the Rochester Hospital - I arrived with a laptop computer resting on my chest, keeping me stable. The next day, Dr. Knight not only fixed three blockages, but he actually refashioned one of the chambers of my heart - giving it the needed strength to work properly. No - I don't know the actual way to express what he did - but he and his team were magic workers, with God at their side. Oh, I still have heart disease, but Dr. Knight helped God keep me around - and hopefully for some more productive years. I have been through helll since my surgury with him. I still have issues unresolved. I had post surgical issues that were handled like very poorly and I still do. Never would I recommend this surgeon nor want to deal with his staff. My experience has been very poor.

My experience with Dr. Knight was limited to inpatient care, as it was a transfer from another hospital for the surgery. I found Dr. Knight to be extremely intelligent, knowledgeable and willing to both listen and discuss every aspect of the case. I would highly recommend Dr. Knight to anyone who is in need of a cardiologist/surgeon.
