On [...] I met Dr Koppenheffer. T brought the visit he was interested and courteous and he appeared very knowledgeable. He answered questions about treatment throughly and inquired about my preference

When scheduling this appointment, it was supposed to be set up as a physical, but was set up as a follow up in error. The receptionist, nurse, and Dr. Koppenheffer helped to ensure that I got the time for the physical that was supposed to be booked, and none of them rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable for the extra time needed for this appointment. I really appreciated the whole crew that played a part In this visit. Great job.

Every visit to Dr. Koppenheffer is relaxed and informative. I feel I can ask any question and rely on the answer given. I have a great report with all the staff and feel confident in my care provided by them. They are very professional but make you feel a part of their team. I enjoy each and every visit.

Dr. Kopenheffer is pompous, does not listen, or if he does, he seems to feel the need to disagree with anything the patient says. He refuses to consider what my previous doctor was doing to treat me and thinks up new, ineffective treatments. He is gruff, rushes through the session and overall, achieves nothing but irritating the patient and making them feel like an annoyance to him. He's AWFUL!
