My husband’s case was handled with kindness, care and professionalism. The office staff was overwhelmingly kind, efficient and really cared about us and our concerns. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Kowynia to our family or friends if they needed the very best of care.

Dr. Kowynia saved my father's life. He is a very knowledgeable doctor.

Didn't even make it to the appointment. Staff is extremely rude. Extremely!

Dr Kowynia needs to work on his people skills. He is stern and presented himself as being on the defensive. Did not seem interested in my input regarding my history and present condition. I am a former nurse. and I did let him know this. In hindsight, I probably would have been better off having omitted that information. I didn't return to his office. I made an appointment to see another doctor. His office staff was courteous and very friendly. The polar opposite of the reception received by the doctor.

The best indicator was Dr. Kowynia checking on my status everyday even though I wasn't a surgery patient at the time. He definitely helped direct the various other doctors to give me the greatest chance at healing

Dr. Kowynia is wonderful. I would highly recommend him to any patient having to undergo surgery. He fought for my mom when all the other doctors believed that my mom was just suffering from pancreatitis. He knew something was not right! He talked to my family and gave us all the information that we needed to make a decision on what would be best for my mom. Had we waited any longer, my mom's life could have been in jeopardy. There should be more doctors like Dr. Kowynia. He is compassionate and very knowledgeable. Great doctor!!

Dr. Kowynia was courteous and informative. I had 2 actual surgeries and a procedure and would return to him in the future.
