Dr. Peter G Lacy, DDS

I have known this dentist since 1984. I worked in the dental field from 1981- 2017 and I have both experience as a patient and as a staff member at this office. I have recommended and continue to recommend many friends and family to both Dr. Lacy and Dr. Kurzman without hesitation, both for quality of work and their honesty and integrity. To address a previous review that the office pushes “panoramic x-rays”. That is impossible since the office does not even have a panoramic X-Ray machine. On the subject of insurance checking. I know for a fact that it is a daily practice for the front office staff to call the insurance companies to verify “eligibility of benefits” for X-rays. I know this as fact since it was one of my daily tasks when I worked at the front desk at this office. When the staff calls the insurance companies and confirms benefits there is no other option than to believe what the insurance company tells the the staff regarding the patient’s eligibility for x-rays… or other procedures. With certainty I can assure that if the insurance company reported that a procedure would not be covered, the staff always relays this information to the patient before proceeding.
