Dr. Peter Edwin Lantz

It's been 11 years since I saw Dr. Peter Lantz and I must not keep this inside any longer. He was my Father's doctor. To make this very short, he walked into my dad's hospital room, my father was showering with the help of a nurse. My mother was standing near the bathroom. Peter Lantz walked in and asked where my father was, my mother told him, in the shower. He said, "you need to tell him that he has abdominal cancer." My mother quickly, said, (I'm deleting the cries, tears and "whats?) "No, you need to talk to him, I'm sure he will have lots of questions". Peter Lantz said, "I'll be back later. He never returned that day to my father's room, or the next day. He wouldn't respond to any of our calls. The nurses on duty sighed, saying he was a busy man. Man? Doctor? I don't think so. Of course, we never saw him again and he never phoned us. We ended up telling my father what Peter Lantz said and immediately were given a DOCTOR at CANCER TREATMENT CENTER. They, CTC, insisted… that we turn him in for there were two witnesses and the nurse (name withheld) helping my father. I pray that he has changed- and has learned how to engage in compassionate care for his patients and their families. Karma has a way of teaching us - if we are conscious enough to comprehend.

Dr. Lantz is a great doctor. I've been a patient for many years. He helps you get well. He is awesome. He listens and understands.
