Dr. McConnell was born in Kinnelon N.J. He attended a private boarding school during his high school years in Princeton New Jersey, The Peddie School. He received a full athletic football scholarship to West Virginia University and was a member of the winning 1975 Peach Bowl Team. Dr. McConnell played football for the legendary and future Hall of Fame Coach Bobby Bowden. Dr. McConnell graduated Cum Laude from West Virginia University with a degree in Animal and Veterinary Science. He continued his education in Morgantown by attending the West Virginia College of Medicine and Dentistry and graduated in 1983.
Dr. McConnell has 25 years experience and has a very loyal and experienced staff that has been working for him for many years. His commitment to excellence is obvious in that Dr. McConnell is one of the few dentists in the Maryland area that uses a laser to practice dentistry. His office is state of the art and Consumer Checkbook Magazine has honored Dr. …McConnell as one of Washington’s top dentists for the past several years.
Dr. McConnell is married and the father of 4 children. He enjoys playing golf, skiing, traveling and spending time with his family.
