doctor and staff left me in an exam room while they all went to lunch! I was helpless, on timed oxygen and in a wheel chair. Had it not been for the person that drove me in I would have sat there and ran out of oxygen. Never did see the doctor. Staff had no idea what they were doing. never seen a doctors office run so poorly

Dr. Minnich was great - his nurse not so much. Just be assertive and tell her what you will, and will not do.

After seeing 2 other urinary docs over several years, All I achieved were bandaid fixes. After only 2 visits , Dr. Minich is the only one that went the extra step(s) and took vested interest in my problem. He encouraged me to get further testing to see if I was even a surgery candidate. Those test(s) turned out to be a positive experience/ outcome and Im on my way to living a more normal life again. This doc has good bed side, explains himself well and takes interest at problem at hand for the most potential/positive outcome(s). Staff is also awesome, friendly and helpful!
