I cannot commend Morrell Dermatology on their service and the friendliness of their staff more. They are truly an amazing group and I recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you, Morrell dermatology!!!

Seems to be impatient and in a hurry. Will never go there again

The doctor hardly even sat down he was in such a rush. I reported that I had 1 specific mole I was worried about but due to a serious family history of skin cancer, and my own horrible sun exposure history, I asked him to give my skin a "glance over" check for any suspicious lesions. He told me to ask my husband to do it! My husband can barely dress himself, let alone know what a suspicious mole looks like. I was very dissatisfied and will not be back. Dr. Gilmore was a much better fit for me. He was very thorough. I even had to pay out of pocket due to them not taking my insurance, and would rather do that than wind up with missed melanoma!

Good out come--that's what is inportant!!!

I was a new patient and I got in the same day because of a cancellation and he diagnosed a cyst on my ear and removed it in office on the same visitl.

First off, I would like to say that this is the most professional and courteous doctors office I have been to in years. I e-mailed his office regarding a few questions that I had about my symptoms and insurance coverage. The office manager responded to my e-mail in less than 2 hours, yes she RESPONDED. We talked through e-mail several times throughout the day and her conversation made me very confident about my visit. I have never had a doctors office to respond to my request so quickly. Normally I would have to call them back several times to get an answer. I was also impressed with the clean and up to date style of the office. It's not old fashioned with furniture from the 1980's.. When I met Dr. Morrell he greeted me with a smile and didn't make me feel ashamed or uncomfortable about my reason for the visit. He answered all questions and gave examples of each condition discussed. I would highly recommend Dr. Morrell to those in need of a dermatoligist with professional… staff!!

Great doctor--very skilled and easy to talk to

The appt was easy to make online on their website www.morrellderm.com. I left a message at night and they called me back the next day. He did a great job removing some moles that had been bothering me for years--they weren't cancer or anything like that, but just unsightly. Healed fast and no scars. And while I was there he went ahead and did a baseline skin check for preventative cancer screen. Overall, very pleased.
