Always a good experience and this time I got good news!

Dr. Mortensen is very knowledgeable and is a good communicator,

Focused and efficient. Tried to zero in on solutions. The doctor and visit seemed to go very well, but it was a bit disappointing that there don't appear to be too many treatment options to resolve the neurological problems discussed. Getting old isn't for sissies.

Excellent Dr Mortensen! He was very thorough and very nice! Loved his medical students as well.

He explains my treatment plan, what I can anticipate, and makes sure I understand the line of communication is always open available to me. I feel very confident under his care and instruction. It took me 23 years to feel this level of security, trust, and reassurance from a doctor. I greatly appreciate him and any intern, nurse, etc that alongside him to provide me care. They are pillars of health care and that should be known

Every experience I've had at this office has been stellar from the staff who checks me in, to the person who does my intake, to the person who performs all of my tests, to the young lady studying under Dr. MORTENSEN who was so warm and kind and patient with me, to Dr. Mortensen himself who is always professional, always kind, and who makes me feel like a person, and not a number.
