Dr. Nelson was prompt, kind and professional. He took the time to really listen to me and I feel he was genuinely interested in getting to know me so that he could better help with my complex Heath diagnoses. He offers nutritional guidance and other options for healthy living in addition to medications when needed. I have already lost weight using his recommendations! Recommend him to all my friends! So happy to have found him!

I was so impressed with Dr. Nelson's kindness and the fact that he took the time to get to know me and ask questions at my new patient visit. He shared a lot of valuable information and also took time to listen. The staff was very friendly and I am really happy that I chose this office after my physician retired recently.
