Request a different Dr. I went for a QME appointment, waited hours for a 5 min visit. He said he'd answer my questions durning my return visit. Never received a return visit. Take your lawyer with you or record your visit to ensure that what is being said to you is accurately reflected in your written evaluation.

I visited Dr. Newton for an evaluation and I have to say while he is direct and very blunt he is an excellent doctor. I had other doctors who were very aggressive and push me to have surgery and Dr. Newton gave me his recommendations and several options. I am very very thankful to him for his suggestions that I listened to and followed. I am stronger than ever and did not have to have surgery.

If you are stranded in a hot desert and are dying of thirst- DO NOT VISIT THIS LESS THAN A DOCTOR. This man is a poor excuse for a human, he sold his soul many years ago when he became a QME and only works for the benefit of insurance companies. He is paid Tens of thousands of Dollars for every Worker's Comp Case to cheat the injured worker out of a fair compensation. He is just a cash-junkie at best, a worthless person, snobby and less than an intelligent person who is living a plush life off of the poor injured workers. There is this kind of less than a man and then the rest of humanity. You best die before going to see this soul-deprived lair. He is such a fraud that he is not willing to have a website, a social media page or even claim this page on yelp. Not even an email address for his fraud infested existence. You wonder why? He is sincerely hated by all he cheats. A Pure Blood-Money Junkie. Anyone giving this fraud more than a one star is of his clan. I shiver in fear… every time I hear his God-forsaken name. This is a prime example that any two bit person can get a MD designation, he is a total fraud, a liar, a cheat and a soul-less person. Stay away from this less-than-a-man at all costs.

Ask if you can record the conversation, otherwise, he can be abusive and rude!!!!!! Always bring a family member or your lawyer, so that you can avoid his unprofessional behaviors! Since he deals with Work Comp, you don't get to select, but do everything you can to avoid this abusive person. He is not worthy of the title, Dr. He undermines your work related injury and accuse you of either lying or making false statement. Not everyone is educated to go through this type of evaluation, yet, he will grill you and scold you as if you are filling it for the money. Maybe some do but not everyone. But to him, he already set his mind to accuse you and interrogate you. The worst human being, please stay away if you can.

This office isn’t taking a precautions instituted by the CDC during the corona virus outbreak. The office waiting room is full of patients sitting side by side, at risk of being exposed. Their only precaution is “during the corona virus outbreak do not bring children to your appointment” I didn’t realize that children where the carriers of the virus—why are you not following CDC guidelines of social distancing for non-emergency office visits? Why are you not staggering your patients to avoid more than 10 people being in the office at one time? It’s is well known that anyone who has an appointment has to arrive at 7:30am, the doctor never comes into the office before 8:30am and most patients are not seen until after 9am so you just have people sitting side by side in a closed off area without peoples ventilation during a corona virus pandemic!!! Someone should report this office to the medical board.

Reading these previous reviews are heartbreaking. I should have gone to the medical board years ago with my complaints of Dr. Newton....mis diagnosis, telling me to do yoga and wear better shoes for an injury that ultimately required major surgery and put me on disability. I have put him in the back of my mind because it only causes stress to remember those years, yet at the same time I know he is still hurting patients and that is troubling. How do we help people not go through what we went through?

Oh well this MD Newton is working for the insurance kick back payments and not worried for the regular person., maybe it’s not the best md but better they remember where they came from and go back to that background and being them back to the basic lifestyle, remember on the way up the latter of success and you better see how fast you come back to the bottom and lose everything.,

Stay away from this DR very rude and assume he knows your level of pain ..he is a bought dr so he wont help you at all..also he doesn't bother reviewing your case before bringing you in..Doctors like him shouldn't exist

Please if you're on worker's comp and you are being referred to Dr Peter M Newton(Clown) don't agree to a medical evaluation by this incompetent clown.. he will ruin your life and your physical well being.. he will do everything to destroy your case.. Look at his yelp reviews I'm the guy in all those pictures.. I now suffer from a life long debilitating condition (Gadolinium Retention) with severe physical reactions.. severe headaches. Unexplainable pain on joints muscles bones and .. intense burning sensation throughout my body including eyes.. frequent skin lesions(arms, scalp, face and privates.. daily multiple cramps on arms legs.feet and hands. I lost half of my hair thanks to this condition. And guess what.. He and his staff who cover, lie and find excuses to avoid responsibility or liability for my condition.. my Doctors recommend multiple surgeries, back, shoulder, carpal tunnel both hands, tendonitis and bone spur on right foot. ... According to his medical evaluation… report which took 10 minutes and I'm exaggerating.. 2 different dates.. 5 minutes each appointment.. and most of the evaluation he spent it screaming at me because I had an interpreter in the room since English is not my primary language.. He made me feel less than a human being.... Well according to his report I'm exaggerating, I'm faking, I'm acting.. jajajaja... This clown is a joke.. Seriously stay away from this guy, he is bad news and so is your lawyer if he agreed for this clown to evaluate you.. his report will minimize your injuries and will destroy your case, your well being and your peace of mind..

Horrible Dr. Minimized my injuries to benefit insurance.. This clown, the insurance, your Lawyer, the insurance adjuster their lawyer they're all in on it.. Their goal is to destroy your case so you can settle for Penny's.. He order an MRI did not informed me I was getting contrast injected into my body, due to my diabetes he most likely knew I would retain Gadolinium (a toxic heavy metal) Wich I did... I feel like I'm dying since I had the contract injected into my body.. I feel like I'm on fire all day long, my eyes burn and are extremely sensitive to light.. every body severely hurts( joints, bone, muscle) my head feels like it's going to explode.. There is no known cure for this condition.. I have been prescribed every medicine/steroid/creme for allergic reactions and nothing helps.. This clown should have his license permanently revoked.. I popose to file complains with the Medical Board and to take legal action against this corrupted clown.. we should seriously take action hest… just bad news.. He has destroy my case.. and most likely he has destroy your case too..
