Seems to diagnose everything correctly & quickly

His nursing staff is not very compassionate and not very understanding on phone. Had an emergent situation and nursing phone staff treated me poorly!!! No timely follow through.

I've know doctor Olson since the 1980's when I was a patient for many years. I got married, moved too far to commute for some time, then was able to see him again. Unfortunately, his wife is the "Gatekeeper" to everything in his office. She controls everyone, including Dr. Olson. She has no credentials, yet has all your personal info at her fingertips. She's ditzy, makes many mistakes, never calls you back with referrals, messes up prescriptions. She even dictates whether you can get an appointment or not. He asks you to follow up, but she won't let you. When confronted by my husband concerning her inappropriate treatment of patients she decides not to like (or whatever her issues are), Dr. Olson replied, "She's like that sometimes". End of discussion. Dr. O--get rid of her. What kind of fool has his WIFE be the first to greet and control appointments for his patients? She's old and ought to stay home, not right there offending people.

I have been a patient with Dr. Olson for 30 years and felt that I was always given the best treatment. I feel as though Dr Olson and Ruth are part of my family. They have always been very kind, courteous and professional. I always get a follow up call as soon as possible if needed.

I have been a pateint for over 20 years and could not ask for a more responsive office and Dr. My situation has included several cancer experiences and he has worked wonderfully with me and with my oncologists. I feel comfortable calling with any issue and get a rapid response. He is approachable and explains things clearly.I feel that I am in very good hands

I think Dr. Olson and his staff are first class all the way. He is knowledgeable, caring and always available for me through his nurse, Ramie. Ramie is very professional and I can depend on her to always get back to me promptly. His wife, Ruth, answers his phone and she is a delight. I am so satisfied with my care at this facility.

I HAVE HAD DR O FOR MANY YRS. MY HUSBAND HAD HIM FIRST. WE LOVE HIM. HIS STAFF ALWAYS IS PROFESSIONAL.NO DR OFFICE IS PEFECT, BUT, THEY ARE ALWAYS TIMELY WILL REFILL ISSUES AND APPTS. WE HAVE MANY MEDICALS ISSUES AND OUR NEEDS ARE ALWAYS MET.

Dr. Olsen is a fantastic doctor. However, his staff is terrible. I have considered many, many times over the years to find a new doctor due to his rude, incompetent staff but I keep coming back for the doctor. His wife (office manager) is rude with no manners, his son (billing)doesn't have a clue to working in an office and sounds like he just raided the medicine cabinet, and his nurses aid, Ramie, is literally mean. She has even made me cry. Not a nice person at all. This is a bad way to run your business. I suspect this is why he wasn't making enough money in private practice. He should surround himself with people as wonderful as himself.
