He's a very nice man, listens to you for as long as you need, & seems to generaly care. I highly recommend him!!

Dr Poulous has improved my quality of life. I have had hard times due to some conditions in my life and he has helped me. My family and I are thankful. He's a good man. I strongly disagree with the bad statements about him. They have not been anything like my experience with him.

I had a bad experience with another psychiatrist, so I decided to do my homework before choosing a new one. Part of that homework was reading online reviews. I have to say that I was nearly dissuaded from seeing Dr. Poulos based on some negative reviews that I read on here, but I decided to give him a try anyway. I am SO GLAD that I disregarded the negativity and chose to form my own opinion. I understand that psychiatry is not an exact science, and that all doctors cannot help everyone, but I can honestly say that I was blown away by the kindness and bedside manner of Dr. Poulos. Unlike my former doctor, he took his time with me, listened carefully, asked probing questions, and seemed to sincerely care about my wellbeing. I am extremely meticulous about the level of care that I receive - not only from my physicians, but from anyone that I encounter on a daily basis. I cannot speak highly enough of my initial experience with Dr. Poulos. Also, his office manager (Kale) is just as kind… and on-the-ball as he is. She called me back with all of my benefits and appointment information, just as she said she would...and she was a pleasant and efficient in person as she was on the phone. Going to a new doctor is stressful enough, but this team put a smile on my face and gave me optimism and strength. Thank you, Dr. Poulos (and Kale). For those of you who gave a poor review, I hope you got better treatment elsewhere. For those of you who are considering letting the negative reviews keeping you from seeing this wonderful doctor, please think again. I think you will be glad you did!

It absolutely breaks my heart that anyone would say such nasty things about my Doctor. I've been a patient of Doctor Poulos for quite some time and in all my years of seeing various psychiatric doctors no one has shown me more compassion than doctor Poulos. Doctor Poulos always gives me his undivided attention. If I have any concern about my medication he offers to adjust or change it accordingly. Doctor Poulos always wants to know how I'm doing. Doctor Poulos is my doctor. He display nothing short of true professionalism. Doctor Poulos makes me want to be a better person and for that I am truly blessed and thankful.
