Pushed drugs on me! Appt time was 1:00pm. He strolled into the room at 2:25pm. Terrible patient care. Bossy and didn't listen to me. Barely made eye contact. I will never go back. RUN away from him!

A truely passionate professional doctor. He does not order unnecessary test ....re: labs, xrays, mri, cats cans etc. Just to make you feel like he is doing something for you. He listens to the patients history, reviews information and testing results from past ....he presents a care plan based on his assessment and explains extra activities you can do at home to aid in the relief of pain along w/ his treatment plan. He does not over prescribe medications. He truely strives to give his patients the best possible quality of life !

This doctor is caring and spends time with me. I am disabled and often feel overlooked.

I was treated by Dr Preganz for 11 years, 1994 to 2005, in Lake Mary, before I moved to California. Dr Preganz is by far the BEST Pain Doctor I have ever known. He is strict and careful, yet he has empathy for his patients in whom he is confident that they suffer from a true chronic pain syndrome that can effectively be treated with opioids or other medications like Lyrica, gabapentin, and so forth. Dr. Preganz is the real deal, so don't try to scam him because he will figure you out, but if you really suffer from chronic pain, he will treat you with kindness, care, empathy, and effectiveness for your own individual situation.

Rudeness flows everywhere. His staff is the rudest staff I have ever met anywhere. But I guess they follow the doctors lead. You can wait HOURS to be seen and no one cares. Run don't walk.

dr is very very RUDE & mean! He doesn't listen to his patients at all! He's just out to get your money , he can careless about your health and pain. He's in a hurry to get people in and out and doesn't wanna give you the meds you need . Do not go to him , your Better off at the emergency room , you would get more there & treated a lot better . HORRIBLE DOCTOR.

There is no better Doctor for pain management. Really great to talk to,really listens to you.Quite refreshing!

Dr. Preganz may be the last of a dying breed (poor choice of words): an honest pain control physician who is NOT scared of the DEA. He has a law degree, and that goes miles towards helping him feel secure enough not to be pushed around. But that is not why he is a terrific doctor: he takes as much time as YOU need in the office; prescribes what it takes to free you from pain as much as possible, and explains everything about the procedures and drugs he uses. He doesn't push you into anything you aren't 100% comfortable with, and while he is conservative with narcotics, if your condition warrants it and you aren't getting relief on your current meds, he will experiment safely until you are as free from chronic pain as you can be. In an era where the government is making doctor's feel intimidated into leaving patients to suffer, Preganz refuses to be pushed around. But he's also aware of the problems in his field, and chooses to cooperate with law enforcement. to help make suggestions… work.

I've been going to Dr Preganz for about 2 years now. His staff is deffinately rude. He wont let you speak. It took me close to nine months to get him to actually prescribe meds I had before I went to him. 2 months later my insurance quit covering what I was on. I got my ins. to fax everything to his office to file an exception to the rule so I could still get my meds. He refused to fill the paperwork out. He put me on amed that he says is helping me. He never asked me if it was..it doesnt help me at all!!I am currently trying to find a kind doctor who will actually allow me to speak. And one that cares and listens

I was a "New patient" The receptionist were rude & to busy to open their front glass window to answer questions. New patients must take a drug test with the restroom in the waiting area for all the other waiting patients staring at you. After being called in 3 hours later, Dr Praganz physically hurt me during his exam. I have been in chronic pain and disabled for over 2 years now. He wouldn't prescribe my pain medications that I've been on for over a year & he was rude on top of it. I will never step foot into that practice again to be humiliated and treated so inhumanely.
