Had this woman who looks like she should be behind a bar in the city told me that I would have to do X-rays and impressions of my daughter's teeth and then they would decide if the insurance was going to approve it when when I made the appointment 2 weeks before they said they took my insurance which was excellus blue Choice option through Medicaid they said they just started taking it 3 months ago so obviously it was a scam also to the outside of the office and the clowns look very shy family fun in this office not professional at all in my opinion I would stay away I will be reporting them to the blue Choice option and the Medicaid I think it's a scam just to have you go in do the x-rays in The Impressions and then they're already knowing that they don't take the insurance cuz if you look on their website it shows they don't walk before I went into the office but I did walk out

Every time I went in for my appointment the staff acted like they had no idea who I was or why I was there. This made me feel awkward and frustrated considering I fronted my entire bill. During my initial consultation I told them what I wanted and they basically did not listen to me.
