Dr. Peter Saccone, DO

Multiple times I have been in this office in the last year, and witnessed front end staff with mask down all the way to their neck, or wearing no mask whatsoever. Staff was unbelievably unprofessional when I addressed it with them, and upon reporting this awful experience to the owner, she claimed that everything that is said in the waiting room is audio recorded (so heads up, I guess, be careful if you think you're having a private chat with a friend or family member!) She essentially called me a liar, claiming she'd heard on audio tape what was said and that staff had not been unprofessional. CLASSIC gaslighting, which is a form of mental abuse. She then asked me to sign a waiver of liability without telling me what it was, even when I asked. These people have shown themselves to have no professionalism and no class, and certainly , do not know the CARE, in "health care." I got away from them as soon as I could find another dr. (I met Saccone once, and thought he was intimidating… and bullying, poor listener, in my opinion.)
