Between 2011-2017 he overly prescribed my mother more than 11 opioids & opiates, AT A TIME, which naturally needed to be filled at multiple pharmacies. Also, while trying to introduce OxyContin somewhere in 2014. “The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention breaks the opioid epidemic into three waves. The first wave began with the introduction of OxyContin—the highly addictive painkiller made by Purdue Pharma and introduced in 1996—and an increase in prescribing opioids.” We are all aware of the OxyContin scandals. If you aren’t aware of any, I’d suggest brushing up on the history of practicing medicine and pain management with nefarious intentions. Watching these Documentaries will inform you of what you need to know: The Pharmacist and Do No Harm: The Opioid Epidemic. There is also a great mini-series on Netflix that explains it in a nutshell: Painkiller and from Hulu another series: Dopesick.

Dr. Salvia is thorough and caring. He's smart and asks all the right questions.

He'll give you anything Oxy, Norco, Perceot, Morphine, Vicodan the bummer is you have to wait 2-3 hrs before you see him, but I guess its worth it:)
