I agree with all that was stated by the other Dr. rating. I was twice charged for same visits, never told until I recieved bill three months later.Ten minutes into my first visit, the Dr. tried to sell me weight loss product! It's all about money.I had to call and call about test results.I would never recommend this Dr. to anybody. Be careful.

We started seeing Dr. Seidenburg soon after he opened, and have not been impressed. The office staff is incredibly lackadaisical and seems to have little to no organizational skills. Oftentimes you will wait for several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that you are waiting to check in. They have an annoying "doorbell" to ring if no one is sitting at the desk. Wait times to see the doctor are HORRENDOUS, sometimes an hour. I've called on multiple occasions and asked for a return call from my DOCTOR, but the only calls I ever get are from a nurse who then has to relay the messages. It sometimes takes 2-3 days for a response. Whenever I have called, even for an unresolved issue that I had seen the doctor for just days beforehand, I am told "he wants to see you". Why do I have to pay for another office visit for the exact same issue that we discussed 4 days ago? I was sent in for lab work and never received a call to discuss the results. 2 weeks later, I finally called myself, which… it then took several days for them to locate. I'd also like to mention that at a time where all other doctor's offices were taking toys and magazines out of the waiting room to prevent the spread of the flu and H1N1, King's still had all of these things present. I DID come down with the flu less than a week later! Dr. Seidenburg needs to focus less on "new" services (he now has a weight loss clinic) and MORE on his existing patients who are receiving a low quality of care and lack of attention.
