The absolute best Doctor I have ever seen. I have been seeing Dr Shalit since 1996, and have never had anything but an outstanding experience. Dr Shalit and staff always go the extra mile and have accommodated me when I have had difficult scheduling limitations. I consider Dr Shalit's office as friends, and frankly look forward to seeing everyone again. Could not want for a more caring and responsive Doctor and staff.

On my last two visits, Iâ??ve noticed that George appears to think heâ??s doing me a favor by providing services that Iâ??m paying for; his attitude has contained flippant verbiage and unprofessional belligerence. Also, the roly-poly assistant and the lone female assistant, to my knowledge, can be snotty and sh#thead-likeâ?¦ They seem to think the world resolves around them and their delusions of grandeur. Decorum, in a public place, keeps me and others from â??lowering the boom verbally.â?? Whatever happened to professionalism in health care services? Have a great day!

No other doctor like him. A humanist, a caring man who never let's the numbers on the labs get in the way of the patient. I don't have HIV, but he's the best doctor ever for me (a female suffering from hypothyroidism) as so many endocrinologists had failed or refused to admit that I was hypo, and wanted to treat me with Synthroid. Peter worked with me on a treatment course that worked much better for me. 20 years plus he's been my doc. The BEST.

I came to Dr. Shalit in 1996 finding myself HIV+, deathly sick, broken and depressed. His office staff and his medical skills have brought me full circle to a life worth living. The diagnosis was not good in 1996, but the prescriptions, referrals, and follow-up put me on a path to health and life. I am grateful and indebted to the care I received and continue to receive at his clinic.

Peter is one of the best - I've changed health plans a number of times because of jobs and had to leave the area, but I couldn't wait until Medicare so I could come back here and resume my treatments.
