Absolutely Horrible!! Were they selling me a used car or giving me treatment options for my tooth. The hygienist felt like a used car salesman. I called in @ 7 am for an appointment for a filling that had fallen out. I was a new patient and had received a beautiful flyer at my house for their services. I decided to use them and scheduled a appt for 9:30 am. I arrived and was kindly greeted by receptionist that even allowed me to use her glasses to finish a form. I was highly impressed, they got me right in and took a x-ray and the Dr. came in. He looked at x-ray, checked out my tooth and gave me the prognosis and said he would come back with a price. Everything is wonderful. Valeria comes in it looks like with a treatment plan and starts joking with hygienist about how I was treated. They joke back and forth and Valeria starts discussing treatment plan. Valeria mentions that we might need to build a wall next to nerve pocket but she wasn't sure. The Hygienist… then interjects, no the Dr said we are going to build the wall. Again Valeria said this might not be necessary. As the Hygienist started talking again, I turned to Valeria to express my concern and she was firing daggers with her eyes at the hygienist which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. At that point, I decided I would go back to my previous dentist that I was unhappy with but at least trusted. I just wanted to get my tooth fixed. Going to the dentist is bad enough. Never want to feel like I was upsold on something as serious as your health.

I've been coming to Dr. Smrecek for years and wouldn't trust my mouth to anyone else.

I saw Terri for a cleaning today and she was gentle, thorough and personable. Great experience, and I am someone with high anxiety about dental work

After today's visit I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Smrecek is the kind of person who loves what he does and loves sharing his wealth of knowledge with his patients. You can tell he really cares and takes the extra steps to help his patients understand and feel comfortable. And his office staff are terrific - Val was so helpful and she made everything so easy for me. A+
